Hello, I came to your site looking for information re: gold and silver wedding bands. A long while ago, I received a wedding invitation from a cousin of mine (Greek-American) which included an explanation of the bride taking a gold ring and the groom a silver, or vice versa, according to tradition. I'm curious to know who gets gold, who gets silver, and what the story behind the tradition is. My cousin included something on this, but it's long forgotten and we're not in touch. Many thanks!

How does the glory box work, when are you supposed to prepare it, who is supposed to contribute and what is the bloody point of it!?

Yia has started adding things to mine, which i think is a bit scary and presumptuous seeing as i'm only 20 but... hey.. aim high i guess.. but i totally don't know what it's all about.

Cheers :)
