In This Picture:
The bride is watching a young boy being flipped onto the krevati. The bride is wearing her wedding dress so we can assume that the krevati ritual was done on the same day as the wedding.
In Australia the krevati is normally done a couple of days before the wedding so i am surprised that this bride had hers on the same day. With all the other things there is to do how did she find the time to make the bed as well?
Do Greeks (from Greece) or Cypriots (from Cyprus) always do the krevati on the same day as the wedding?

HI, the krevati usually takes place sometime before the wedding, maybe a few days before the wedding. It is what you have described really.

Baby boy (preferable)is flipped on the couple’s bed ( where they are supposed to sleep for the first time after their wedding) ,so the couple is blessed with many children.
