In This Picture:
The Groom is dancing in front of his bride and the other wedding guests as they throw money in the air and on the floor.
The money looks like $US so i am assuming the the wedding couple are Greek-Americans.
Is this custom of throwing money on the floor a Greek-American tradition or does it come from a particular island?

This picture doesn’t happens in Greece,at least not anymore.
It happens in US ( Australia maybe) at the wedding of Greek emigrants.
My pethera ( who use to live in US for 25 years,said its very vlahiko custom:))
